If you are getting off Exit 312 from Route 40 Eastbound (towards the beach), take a left. If you were heading Westbound (towards Raleigh), take a right. Turn onto Cleveland Crossing Drive as though you were going to Lowes Home Improvement. Continue on the road as it circles an apartment complex, and once you go ever a gentle hill, you will see four identical buildings on the left. We are in the 3rd one, on the end closest to the road.
